dosage of 0.3 - 0.5 %

PECTIN JH-656 EI– Slow Set -for high sugar jams. Typical dosage 0.3 - 0.5 %,

PECTIN VH-127 DO CITRUS – for Cloud stabilisation and improvement of

mouthfeel in fruity drinks.. Usually a dosage of 0.1 - 1 % will be appropriate.

PECTIN for Cold Glazes -Typical application: cold brushable glaze. Typical

dosage 0.4 - 0.8 %

LM PECTIN - Typical Application: jams, fruit preparations. Usually a dosage of 0.4 - 0.6 % will be appropriate.

PECTIN for Acidified Dairy Drinks-Typical application: acidified dairy and soy

drinks. Typical dosage 0.2 - 0.7 %
